As a parent myself, I understand how challenging it can be to navigate through sleep deprivation whilst also trying to function on a day-to-day basis. Juggling responsibilities as a parent, managing a return to work, maintaining relationships on little sleep can feel overwhelming.
I understand the emotions and pure exhaustion that come when in the depths of sleep challenges. Endless pacing and rocking to get little one to sleep, sleep regressions and separation anxiety, I have been there and now I am here to help you.
