About Me

I’m Kelsey.

Certified Baby and Infant Sleep Consultant, Occupational Therapist and Mum of one.

As a parent myself, I understand how challenging it can be to navigate through sleep deprivation whilst also trying to function on a day-to-day basis. Juggling responsibilities as a parent, managing a return to work, maintaining relationships, all on little sleep can feel overwhelming.

I understand the emotions and pure exhaustion that come when in the depths of sleep challenges. Endless pacing and rocking to get little one to sleep, frequent night wakes, sleep regressions and bedtime battles, I have been there and now I am here to help you.

I have a toolkit of gentle, yet effective, methods to address your little one’s sleep needs and support restful nights. I will work alongside you to ensure that we develop a bespoke sleep plan that is right for you and your little one, and centred around your goals.

My knowledge and background as an Occupational Therapist, coupled with my training in Baby and Infant Sleep means that working with me provides a truly holistic approach to sleep for the whole family.

Support Packages

My sleep package is designed to help babies and young children aged 5 months - 5 years get a better nights sleep, supporting the entire family.

It includes a bespoke sleep plan individual to your little one and daily contact for all the support, guidance and cheerleading you may need.
